Refunds

In certain situations, funds will be reverted to the client and a refund will be processed. This refund will be issued to the original transaction address.

Conditions for Refunds: Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

• The user has reached the maximum number of allowed mintings.

• There is evidence suggesting possible money laundering, terrorism financing, or violations of sanctions.
